Hi! I'm Cathy - Founder & Creative Director at The Event Drop, a boutique event planning company based in Central Florida. I’m a wife, a mama to a sweet one-year-old, and someone who lives for turning moments into lasting memories. Born in New York and now raising my family here in sunny Florida, I’ve spent the past few years bringing chic, thoughtful events to life — from romantic proposals and upscaled picnics to creative corporate experiences like cocktail classes and team-building events. My background of over 15 years in Sales & Marketing, working in luxury hotels and booking high-end meetings & events has led me to create my own event planning to bring curated experiences to every day celebrations. I understand the art of hospitality at the highest level. Now, combine It all together -  my love for travel inspires the creativity, strategy, and attention to detail behind every event I design. 

Our Design & Production Director has a background in visual merchandising adds a refined design eye to every event she touches. From lavish proposals to bespoke corporate affairs & wellness events as a team we bring a polished blend of style and personalized top tier service to every event. 

. And the best part? My family is a big part of it. You’ll often find them helping behind the scenes — supporting me while we help create unforgettable memories for you.
